Residence Californië is a quietly located four-star apartment complex on the west side of Texel, near De Koog. The apartments are located on the edge of the forest area, which is part of the Duinen van Texel National Park. Several of the cycling and walking routes through this protected nature reserve start practically on the doorstep. Within 5 minutes you cycle to the vast North Sea beach (1.5 km). Seaside resort De Koog is about 3 kilometers away. In the cozy village center you will find plenty of shops, terraces, cafés and restaurants. In the vicinity of Californië are several attractions and places of interest, such as museums, riding stables and an indoor swimming paradise.

Mooi appartement en veel activiteiten op wandel/fietsafstand.

Mooi onderhouden appartement. We hebben eigen fietsen meegenomen, en de (knooppunt) fietspaden hebben ons heel veel van het mooie eiland laten zien. Residentie Californië is wat ons betreft zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Hoewel er best veel appartementen bezet waren, hebben we geen (geluids)overlast gehad. De appartementen zijn goed geïsoleerd.

Dit is jaarlijks mijn tweede huis, en geniet van de vakantie woning op de begane grond.

De locatie op de begane grond was zeer goed, vrij nieuwe meubels en de keuken was ook nieuw, kortom ik heb hier weer genoten.
