Bargerhof is a 400-year-old farmhouse and is located just outside the village of De Waal, centrally on Texel. The Waal borders the beautiful nature reserve Waal en Burg, a real plant and bird paradise. You will find various walking routes here. The cycle route through Waal and Burg takes you to De Koog, on the west side of Texel. In Oosterend, 4 kilometers from Bargerhof, there is a small supermarket and a few restaurants. The central island location makes Bargerhof a great starting point for your trips across Texel.
