Through the hall, where the toilet is, you enter the spacious living room with a comfortable sitting area with flat screen TV and a dining area. The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, combination microwave, Nespresso equipment, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer and refrigerator with freezer. You cook on induction. The bedroom on the ground floor has two extra-long single box-spring beds (90x210) and a smart TV. Next is the bathroom with a walk-in rain shower with sun shower XL. On the first floor are two bedrooms, each with two extra long single box-spring beds (90x210), each with its own bathroom with a massage shower and toilet. The total living space is one hundred square meters. The spacious garden has a terrace with garden furniture and parasol.

The energy-neutral, detached villa is beautifully situated on the edge of the Texel forest, which is part of the Duinen van Texel National Park. Beautiful hiking trails start right outside and you can also make beautiful trips through the Texel dune area by bicycle. Den Burg, the largest village on Texel, and the seaside resort of De Koog are both about 3.5 kilometers away. Here you will find plenty of shops, restaurants and terraces. In the immediate vicinity are several attractions, such as museums and viewpoints.

You have your own outdoor sauna. There is a lockable bicycle shed and you have a washer-dryer combination. There are stair gates available. In the bathroom you can use the Rituals care products that are ready for you. Upon arrival, the beds are made for you and bath and kitchen linen are also ready for you. You can park at the house. There is a charging point for an electric car and for e-bikes. The house has underfloor heating.

Doen we nog wel een keer

Vuile vloer en tapijt Schuifraam in leefruimte heeft onderhoud nodig Lounge set heeft zeer veel aandacht nodig, dit was helaas niet bruikbaar. Buitenkant keukenkasten waren vies.

Voor herhaling vatbaar maar dan zonder de problemen met de elektriciteit in de woning waardoor we geen gebruik hebben kunnen maken van de wasmachine en niet hebben kunnen genieten van de sauna.

De lekstroomschakelaar was uitgeschakeld wanneer we toekwamen. Het probleem moet dus reeds bestaan hebben van voordat we toegekomen zijn in de woning. De tweede dag van ons verblijf is de afwasmachine vervangen door een reservetoestel, blijkbaar lag het probleem niet aan het toestel maar ergens anders, want nadien heeft de stroompanne zich opnieuw voorgedaan. Daardoor hebben we tijdens ons verblijf geen gebruik kunnen maken van de sauna, dit was voor ons wel een teleurstelling omdat het een belangrijk argument was om deze woning te boeken. Verder hadden we wel een aangenaam verblijf.

Mocht u nogmaals in één van onze vakantiewoningen willen verblijven bieden we u een korting aan i.v.m. dit verblijf. We kunnen ons voorstellen dat dit teleurstellend is geweest. Sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Hüven, November 2024

Schöne Wohnung in einer tollen Lage mit Außensauna. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, so dass kaum ein Wunsch offen bleibt. Alle Zimmer haben ein eigenes Bad mit WC und Dusche was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Außerdem gibt es im EG ein Gästebad. Uns hat allerdings gestört, dass die Betten zusammen geschobene Einzelbetten sind. Die Matratzen und Topper rutschen leider ziemlich. Wir kommen gern wieder.
