Through the hall, where the toilet is, you enter the spacious living room with a comfortable sitting area with flat screen TV and a dining area. The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, combination microwave, Nespresso equipment, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer and refrigerator with freezer. You cook on induction. The bedroom on the ground floor has two extra-long single box-spring beds (90x210) and a smart TV. Next is the bathroom with a walk-in rain shower with sun shower XL. On the first floor are two bedrooms, each with two extra long single box-spring beds (90x210), each with its own bathroom with a massage shower and toilet. The total living space is one hundred square meters. The spacious garden has a terrace with garden furniture and parasol.

Location
The energy-neutral, detached villa is beautifully situated on the edge of the Texel forest, which is part of the Duinen van Texel National Park. Beautiful hiking trails start right outside and you can also make beautiful trips through the Texel dune area by bicycle. Den Burg, the largest village on Texel, and the seaside resort of De Koog are both about 3.5 kilometers away. Here you will find plenty of shops, restaurants and terraces. In the immediate vicinity are several attractions, such as museums and viewpoints.
