The sanitary building with underfloor heating consists of three showers, three sinks, three toilets, a urinal, a wash cabin and a washing machine. Camping Hoeve Rotterdam is a small-scale, cozy and modern farm campsite. This campsite with 12 spacious camping pitches is wonderfully quietly located in the heart of the Eierland polder in the north of the island. Nature and bird lovers will find themselves in a paradise here. Take a walk through the Texel landscape - zigzagging along marshy pasture paths and with a towing ferry across the Eijerlands Kanaal - or view the waders and sandwich terns in the Utopia nature reserve from the Waddendijk. Enjoy the oasis of peace and space in the polder or look for lively activity in De Cocksdorp. In the village you will find restaurants and shops. Ice cream farm Labora, Golf course De Texelse and climbing park Klimmen EnZo are in the vicinity.

Free WIFI. Minicamping Hoeve Rotterdam has a spacious parking lot. In bad weather it is possible to sit inside in the storage shed where potatoes are stored in winter. Here you will also find a refrigerator and microwave. Bicycles can be parked indoors. Under supervision you can take a look at farm life and discover how the cows are milked. There is a trampoline on site. This is a ‘ZoTexels’ accommodation. 'ZoTexels' is a network of private accommodations where guests can savour the authentic flavour and hospitality of Texel.

Sehr entspannter Aufenthalt bei Camping Rotterdam!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Sanitäranlagen waren sauber und gepflegt. Die Umgebung sehr ruhig trotz der Straße. In der Nähe gibt es eine virtuelle Bushaltestelle Nr. 53, von dort aus kann man nach telefonischer Anmeldung, mit dem Texelhopper in jeden Ort auf der Insel fahren. Funktioniert super und kostet 3,15 € pro Person.

Sehr Schöner ruhiger Platz in der Natur. Weg vom Massentourismus und dennoch mit dem Auto überall schnell da. Saubere schöne Badezimmer/ Dusche. Freundlich und nettes Verhältnis unter den Gästen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden wiederkommen

Texel is a vibrant island. There are many activities throughout the year. Unique sports events, culinary activities to the best music festivals. Of course a visit to famous scenic spots such as the Slufter nature reserve, the Lighthouse and Ecomare are more than worthwhile.
