Beautifully located comfortable touring caravan with private sanitary facilities

The caravan is set in a large private garden with expansive views. In the awning is the living room with TV and the dining area. In the caravan you will find 2 x freshly made double beds (160x200 and 160x220). The kitchen unit has hot and cold running water, a 3-burner gas stove, a microwave, kettle, Senseo, crockery and pans. There is a toilet in the caravan. Directly next to the caravan is the toilet block (for own use only) with shower, toilet and washbasin. There are also towels ready for you and a high chair is available.

PaardenhotelTexel is located on the edge of the Hoge Berg. A beautiful area with lots of nature and a rich cultural history. The distance to the ferry is 3 kilometers and Texel's largest village, Den Burg, is 2.8 kilometers away. Here you will find plenty of shops and restaurants. Within 5 minutes you can cycle to the Waddendijk, with a beautiful view of the Wadden Sea. Along the water you can cycle to the harbor town of Oudeschild in 4 kilometers. The distance to the North Sea beach is 7 kilometers. Due to its central location, this is an excellent starting point for your explorations of Texel.

Special about this accommodation

The beds are made for you upon arrival. Coffee/tea, sugar, coffee milk, shampoo, shower gel, towel package and kitchen towels are ready for you. For the children there is a large trampoline and a climbing frame with swing and slide on the grounds (shared with our other guests). Our donkeys Nel and Saartje love attention. On our yard there are chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs, horses and a very friendly big dog. The bus stops 50 meters away. It is not allowed to put up an extra tent. This is a ‘ZoTexels’ accommodation. 'ZoTexels' is a network of private accommodations where guests can savour the authentic flavour and hospitality of Texel.

Important to know

You have the option to bring your horse. You can book horse boxes (including pasture) or only pasture during your reservation. Stable is exclusive of mucking out in between, but for € 2.50 per day we can do that for you. If you want to rent more than 4 horse boxes at Ut Boerenhuusie, please contact VVV Texel for availability. PLEASE NOTE: During horse events such as SGW, SMW and the Texel weekend, renting a horse box is only possible after consultation. Young people are only allowed after consultation with VVV Texel by telephone (if you agree, you must pay a € 200 deposit in cash when returning the keys). This accommodation is available in the season from April 10 to October 31.

Mooie caravan met grote tuin, veel speelmogelijkheden, veel boerderijdieren, ... heerlijk!

Alles wat je nodig hebt voor vakantiegevoel

Mooi gelegen caravan met luxe voortent als een waar huisje, met net dat beetje extra zoals standaard genoeg handdoeken, fijn opgemaakt bed, koffie en thee al aanwezig. Hartelijke ontvangst en twee lieve ezels in je 'voortuin', prachtige paarden en andere boerderijdieren maken het plaatje compleet. Ik zou graag nog eens terugkomen.
