Entrance through spacious central hall. Large open kitchen with lounge sofa, TV and a large dining table by the patio doors to the garden. The kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner induction hob, Quooker tap, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso, filter coffee maker, blender and toaster. There is a second living room / game room with TV / Playstation (PS4). The house has five spacious bedrooms, each with two single beds. There are three bathrooms, each with a (walk-in) shower and toilet. The two large bathrooms have a double sink. There is also an additional separate toilet. A washing machine and tumble dryer are at your disposal. There is covered seating at the front door. At the rear of the house - accessible through the patio doors in the kitchen - you will find the sunny, enclosed garden with plenty of privacy.

This semi-detached, large bungalow is located in a quiet residential area on the edge of De Koog and offers a view of a park. The beach, the forest and the dunes are within walking distance. Various restaurants, shops, supermarkets and bicycle rental shops are also within walking distance. It is a centrally located base for exploring the island of Texel. Walking or cycling you can enter the National Park Duinen van Texel, which runs along the entire west coast. You will find beautiful cycling and hiking trails.

Schönes, gepflegtes Haus in toller Lage.

Das Haus ist komfortabel, sehr sauber und geräumig. Auch die sehr bequemen Betten und die modernen Bäder haben uns gut gefallen. Der abgeschlossene Garten verfügt über mehrere Sitzecken, so dass wir bei schönem Wetter immer ein sonniges Plätzchen gefunden haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und es bedauert, dass das Haus im gewünschten Zeitraum 2026 schon ausgebucht ist.
