Lovely detached holiday home on the edge of the woods in De Koog

The living room has a seating area with smart TV, DVD player and CD player. The open kitchen has a dishwasher, combination oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, Senseo, kettle, toaster and dining area. The modern bathroom has a rain shower and two sinks. The toilet is separate. On the top floor there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and a sink. The other bedroom has 2 single beds and a sink and a third bed can be added on request for an extra person. There is an extra toilet in the hallway. Holiday home D' Duinster has a large garden with south-facing terrace. Garden furniture is available.

This detached holiday home is located on the edge of De Koog, on the west side of Texel. The seaside resort is adjacent to an extensive dune area, forest and farmlands. It is an excellent base for discovering Texel's nature: the De Nederlanden, De Muy and De Slufter nature reserves are in the vicinity. You can enjoy walking and cycling on the wide path from De Nederlanden to De Slufter. Within 5 minutes you cycle to the North Sea beach. In the cozy center of De Koog are plenty of shops and restaurants. You can also rent bicycles here.

Texel is a vibrant island. There are many activities throughout the year. Unique sports events, culinary activities to the best music festivals. Of course a visit to famous scenic spots such as the Slufter nature reserve, the Lighthouse and Ecomare are more than worthwhile.
