De Ark farm originally dates from 1700 and is located on the edge of picturesque Den Hoorn in the south of Texel. The cozy streets and the reformed church with white tower are typical of the village. From your apartment you can walk into the pleasant village center. Here you will find a supermarket, various restaurants, terraces and a bicycle rental. Den Hoorn is quietly located and surrounded by nature. The wide North Sea beach is a 10-minute bike ride away. The farm has been converted into a unique holiday residence with a total of 10 different apartments. From the site of De Ark you have a wonderful view of Texel meadows.

Die Wohnung war ne Katastrophe. Einmal und nie wieder.

Den Vermieter können wir nicht bewerten,da er bei an und Abreise nicht vor Ort war. Die Möbel Waren abgewohnt, die Wohnung nicht ansatzweise Sauber. Duscharmatur defekt, Abfluss verstopft, Schimmel unter der Decke. Das Treppengeländer locker. Auf den Bettlaken waren überall Flecken. Dies ist nur ein kleiner Teil von dem was wir erlebt haben.

Schoonmaak kan beter veel mieren binnen. Onderhoud douche kop waterstraal. Slecht licht trapgat, trap zit los Te weinig parkeer ruimte.
