Detached holiday home in a quiet location with a view of the dunes

The living room is comfortable and has a seating area and a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee maker and toaster. The holiday home is 'small but nice' and has three bedrooms. The first bedroom has 1 double bed (160x200). The other bedrooms each have 1 single bed (90x200). All beds have single duvets. The bathroom has a shower. Outside is a separate room with a washing machine. Bicycles can be stored and charged in the bicycle shed. De Duinpan has a sheltered terrace with a view of the dunes. The garden is completely fenced. There are terraces around the house on three sides, so you can enjoy the sun and the view of the dunes from early morning to sunset. In this holiday home you will find peace, privacy and an unobstructed view.

Location

Your detached holiday home is located at the end of a quiet, dead-end street on the edge of De Koog. Adjacent to the National Park Dunes of Texel with forest and farmlands and endless walking and cycling paths. It is an excellent base to discover Texel. Natural areas such as De Muy and De Slufter are close by, but also various museums and the famous seal center Ecomare. Within 5 minutes you are on the North Sea beach or in the pleasant center of De Koog. There are plenty of shops and restaurants there. You can also rent bicycles there.

Fijn huisje op een toplocatie!

Woerden, May 2025

Van te voren en tijdens verblijf goed contact met de verhuurders. Het huisje is mooi en rustig gelegen met prachtig uitzicht op de duinen en dichtbij strand en winkels. De schoonmaak was prima en het is zeer goed uitgerust met vele extra’s; zoals toiletpapier, vuilniszakken, bakpapier, schoonmaakmiddelen etc. De inrichting van het huisje was netjes en ruim voldoende serviesgoed etc. aanwezig.

Heerlijk huisje, comfortabel, goed bed, prima keukentje, vlakbij strand. Optimaal voor weekje bijkomen.

Super Lage, tolles huisje

Wir waren schon 2019 8m diesem Huisje und waren auch diesmal wieder total zufrieden. Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und die tolle Lage sind nur einige Gründe noch einmal wieder zu kommen. Nicht zu vergessen die Freundlichkeit der Vermieter. Danke Rita und Ron und Sohn
