Semi-detached holiday home Noordende is located in the center of the pleasant village of De Cocksdorp. Several restaurants, a drugstore, bicycle rental and supermarket are within walking distance. With a few minutes' walk you are on the Waddendijk (wadden dike) with a beautiful view over the Wadden Sea. Within 10 minutes cycling you are the beach. The lighthouse is 3.5 kilometers away. The Duinen van Texel National Park starts close by, with the beautiful Eierlandse Duinen. There are plenty of cycling and walking opportunities in the area.

Schönes, kleines Häuschen, Küche super ausgestattet. Alles da, was man braucht. Super gelegen, Ruckzuck am Wattenmeer, an Nordsee und im Dorf. Fahrradverleih, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants fussläufig im Handumdrehen erreichbar. Wir kommen wieder.

Our bungalow rental has been located on the edge of De Slufter for over 50 years. Founded by Henk Hooijschuur, the third generation is now at the helm. We rent accommodations near De Slufter, but also near the Lighthouse, in the Krim area, and even in Oosterend! Our houses are unique because no two are alike. Personal contact is our top priority. We look forward to welcoming you to one of our houses!

Tips from the host

Start from restaurant De Slufter and walk under the dunes towards Cocksdorp. You'll automatically reach Oorsprongweg (the "blind path"), where you can cross the dunes on the left to the "Diepe gat" viewpoint. From there, you can walk through the Slufter back to the famous staircase. Finish with a hot chocolate at restaurant De Slufter!
