This apartment with its own entrance and west-facing terrace is located on the ground floor. Entrance through hall with coat rack and mirror. Living room with spacious dining table and nice sitting area near the smart TV. Open kitchen in country style with dishwasher, hob, combi microwave, spacious fridge with freezer, kettle, both a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso machine and beautiful Bunzlau Castle crockery. Bedroom with luxury bed (180 x 200 cm), wardrobe, bedside tables and second smart TV. Very spacious bathroom with rain shower and normal shower, toilet and sink with two spacious drawers for your toiletries. Bath towels and kitchen towels included! You can also use the north-facing garden and orchard. On your terrace there are 2 relaxing chairs with thick cushions and a table at your disposal. The terrace is accessible from the living room through the patio doors (with mosquito nets).

Three luxury double apartments. Private entrance and private terrace or loggia. Less than 10 minutes by bike from the beach, De Cocksdorp and lighthouse. Rental area and agricultural work are separated
Location
De Cocksdorp is the most northern village of Texel. There are cozy shops and restaurants in the village. This farmhouse, newly built in 2022, is located 1.5 km outside the village, less than 10 minutes by bike from the famous lighthouse of Texel. There are wide sandy beaches around the lighthouse. Ideal for all kinds of activities, a nice walk or a day of lazing in the sun. You will also be staying here at five minutes by bike from the 'Haven van Sil' on the Wadden side of Texel. Bird watchers are also good here. In the bird information center in De Cocksdorp you will receive tips for the most beautiful bird watching locations. Your apartment in the Nieuwe Stolp is located between the fields, on the edge of a farmyard (no livestock). You have a view of the dunes and the setting sun.

Special about this accommodation
De Nieuwe Stolp is completely energy neutral. Your apartment is well insulated and is heated (or can be cooled) by a geothermal heat pump. Your bed is made on arrival and there is a set of towels (large and small towel per person) ready. The whole apartment has underfloor heating. Next to the kitchen is a pantry where, among other things, the vacuum cleaner and a drying rack are located. Cleaning products, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, pepper, salt and cooking oil are available, Wifi is free.

Introduce
We are David (1987) and Daphne (1988) Stark. David was born in the old farm and Daphne comes from Echten in Drenthe. She moved to Texel for love in 2013. We have 3 children. Louise (2016), Julia (2019) and Bart( 2022). In 2022 we moved into our Nieuwe Stolp. The old farmhouse from 1928 has been replaced and we have built 3 beautiful apartments in it. We are very proud of it and Daphne is very excited to have you as a guest. Together we have an agricultural company where David and his parents take care of the land and the crops. We grow daffodil bulbs, seed potatoes, grains and sugar beets. Feel free to walk into the barn for a chat.
Tips from the host
Your holiday home is within walking distance of the beach and the lighthouse. There are several pavilions nearby to enjoy the beautiful view with a snack and a drink. There is a cycle path through the dunes where you will see beautiful nature that you cannot find by car. The village is close by, where you will find a supermarket for all your groceries, but there is also a bakery in the village for delicious sandwiches. You can climb up the dike on the edge of the village via a staircase and admire the Wad. And for the summer; don't forget the ice cream farm! Take a look in the stable at the milking robot and enjoy fresh ice cream in every flavour. Go to Pier53 in De Cocksdorp for a super nice Texel souvenir. Watching seals and learning everything about the sea and its inhabitants is possible at Ecomare in de Koog, here a large part is covered. For a dip in the pool you can go to Krim in de Cocksdorp or Calluna in de Koog, there is also an outdoor pool in Den Burg called De Molenkoog.
