Holiday homes close to De Muy and De Slufter with a spacious garden
The spacious holiday home is barrier-free with 93 cm doors. The ground floor has its own entrance that opens into a hall with stairs to the upper floor, a toilet and access to the living room with open kitchen. The sitting area has comfortable sofas and television, in the same room there is a 6-person dining area and there is an open kitchen with drawers, a ceramic / induction hob and a thermostat, dishwasher and combi microwave oven, filter coffee maker and kettle. From the living room is a double bedroom on the ground floor, which measures 350x400 cm and has 2 single beds. There is a direct connection from the bedroom to the adapted sanitary facilities. The bathroom (250x250 cm) has a shower and there is a sink (with thermostat) and a raised toilet with folding grab rails. There are also handles and folding wall stool. The two other bedrooms are on the first floor and each have two single beds and a washbasin and are accessible via a so-called 'lazy' staircase, equipped with anti-slip and banister. In the entrance hall you will find a second toilet and the stairs to the upper floor. The holiday home has a private terrace with its own furniture, there is a hedge around it. The spacious landscaped parking lot is shared with other visitors, the playing field and equipment is also for general use.

Location
De Triaan Vacation Rentals is located on private grounds at the foot of the Dunes of Texel National Park in the hamlet of Zuid-Eierland. Close to the beautiful nature reserves De Muy and De Slufter. Here you can walk beautifully and there is a cycling route through it. The seaside resort of De Koog is 5 kilometers away. Here you will find plenty of shops, terraces and restaurants. The most northern village, De Cocksdorp, is 6 kilometers away. In the vicinity you will find, among other things, the airport and Paracentrum. There are also a few restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Special about this accommodation
There is a wide choice of books, games and DVDs available. Outside a spacious yard with terrace and a wide view of the dunes and the countryside. Also a children's playhouse, two swings and a volleyball court. In consultation you can freely use the washing machine and dryer. The general car park is close to the holiday homes. The paved access path is without obstacles or height differences. There are a number of basic tools available. This is a ‘ZoTexels’ accommodation. 'ZoTexels' is a network of private accommodations where guests can savour the authentic flavour and hospitality of Texel.

Introduce
I grew up on the South Holland island of Goeree Overflakkee and have been living on Texel since 1992. From 1989 I worked in health care as an activity supervisor, and worked for about 20 years on Texel at the Thuiszorg and Texel nursing home. We have been the owner of De Triaan since 2009 and can fully use my creativity there. I like to read or watch an English detective, needlework and take care of my animals. "At the beginning of the 1970s I came on holiday with my parents and brother on Texel. We stayed in a holiday shed on a yard, without gas, running water and electricity. From 1976 we went on holiday to the hamlet of Oost. I have fond memories of this. and I have had dear friends from this time. " "I also got to know Arco here. Many years later we met again on Texel and we got married in 1993. We have a daughter, Rosa. Rosa loves water sports and is always busy with our animals. Arco was born on Oost and is a purebred Texel. Fishing was his job for almost 30 years, but now he is already becoming a real "landlubber" with a job ashore. " We would like to personally welcome you to the beautiful hamlet of South Eierland with panoramic views and wish you just as beautiful holiday experiences and memories as I experienced at the time. Tips from the host
From De Triaan you have a nice base for walking, cycling or "birdwatching" in and to the National Dunes of Texel Park, including De Muy, De Slufter and De Nederlanden. At De Slufter you can observe beautiful sunsets, in De Muy the cows and sheep of our dune farmer graze. Via De Nederlanden you can walk or cycle towards the seaside resort of De Koog. In the dark you can observe 4 lighthouse lights from the Muyweg! There is a beautiful gallery in our neighborhood. Don't forget the lovely terrace at De Slufter or at the airport.
