The renovated, authentic farmhouse Vigilant is located in picturesque Den Hoorn, in the south of Texel. The artists' village with cozy streets is located on the edge of the Duinen van Texel National Park and is surrounded by bulb fields and dunes. Nature in the south of Texel is rugged and unspoilt. In the De Bollenkamer nature reserve, between Den Hoorn and the wide North Sea beach at a distance of 2.3 kilometers, you can walk between exmoor ponies and Scottish highlanders. The largest village, Den Burg, is about 5 kilometers away. The vast sandbank De Hors can be found 4 kilometers from your apartment. There are several restaurants and a supermarket in the area.

Tolle Wohnung in romantischer Gegend

Mainz, August 2025

Die Wohnung war sehr ansprechend, sauber und hatte eine Top-Ausstattung. Dazu gab es noch eine geräumige Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Diese können ganz unkompliztikert in unmittelbarer Nähe geliehen werden. Die Wohnung hat viel Charme als modern renoviertes Bauernhaus, dass in den Grungzügen den historischen Kern erhalten hat. Sehr gelungen! Auch die Straße mit all den Retaurants und sehr stilvollen kleinen Häusschen hat einen ganz besonderen Charme und wäre eine tolle Filmkulisse.
