Luxury holiday home on the edge of the forest close to the dunes and beach
The spacious living room with sitting area and decorative fireplace has plenty of light. Modern, luxurious open kitchen with dining area including oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and Nespresso. Bedroom with 2 single box-spring beds and bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Separate toilet. Large utility room with washing machine and dryer. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with 2 single box-spring beds. Bathroom with bath, walk-in shower and double sink. Separate toilet. The landing is equipped with a stair gate. Three sliding doors give access to the south-facing terrace and the large garden. All sliding doors and bedroom windows are equipped with mosquito nets.

Only one dog is allowed as a pet. The main tenant must be at least 25 years old and must be present for the entire period. No parties or receptions may be held without prior consultation with the landlord. Cot and high chair available. Please bring your own linen for the cot. We charge a deposit of € 350.00. You will find this on the invoice that you will receive after booking.

Texel is a vibrant island. There's plenty to do year-round: from unique sporting events and culinary activities to the best music festivals.
