The spacious living room has a seating area and is equipped with a Sonos speaker and cable TV with Ziggo sports package. The open kitchen is equipped with Quooker, dishwasher, combination microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with sun shower, sink and hairdryer. There is a separate toilet in the hall. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. A stair gate is attached to the top of the stairs. The bathroom has a whirlpool and a walk-in shower. There is another separate toilet in the hall. The terrace is located behind the house and is furnished with garden furniture. The large garden is surrounded by trees and offers privacy.

This thatched, detached holiday home (2021) offers a beautiful view of the dunes and is located in the outskirts of Texel's northernmost village De Cocksdorp. The house is within walking distance of the dune area and is located behind the De Slufter nature reserve, which is 1.5 km away. The house is located between the farmlands and offers a view of the lighthouse. This holiday home is located near golf course De Texelse, IJsboerderij Labora and the village with supermarket, restaurants and bicycle rental 2.5 km away. The North Sea Beach and Wadden Beach are located 5 km away and are easily accessible both by car and bicycle.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Schönes Haus, für größere Familie geeignet! Die Vermieter wohnen direkt nebenan und sind absolut zuvorkommend! Wir waren über Weihnachten vor Ort und haben sogar einen schönen Weihnachtsbaum bekommen! Leider mussten wir aufgrund von Krankheit früher abreisen. Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, sehr sauber. Nur bei Ostwind im Winter zieht es etwas durch die Fenster. Sonst aber alles sehr schön!

Mooi modern huis!

Wat een mooi en modern ingericht huis. Het voelde direct als een fijne plek. De hal is groot, er is een fijne zitruimte en een heerlijke grote eettafel dichtbij de keuken. De bedden lagen ook heerlijk. Op elke kamer kon je de temperatuur apart van elkaar instellen, heel fijn. Wij zijn in het weekend geweest dat Sinterklaas aankwam op Texel. Vanwege deze leuke gebeurtenis lag er een lekkere en leuke verassing voor ons klaar in het huisje! Super attent. We hebben echt een heerlijk weekend gehad!

Alles war sauber, die Lage war gut, selbst die vielbefahrene Straße war nicht störend. Leider war nur ein Schlüssel vorhanden. Ein TV in den oberen Schlafzimmern, statt zwei TVs im Erdgeschoss wären besser.
