The holiday home is located in a small quiet bungalow park Slufteroord. On the edge of the nature reserves De Slufter and De Muy. De Slufter has an open connection with the North Sea, creating a beautiful salt marsh landscape. These nature reserves are part of the Duinen van Texel National Park through which beautiful walking and cycling routes run. Through the dunes and forests you come to the most beautiful places on Texel. From the Lighthouse to the Hors lakes. The 100 km MTB route also passes the park. The pleasant villages of De Cocksdorp and the seaside resort of De Koog, where the shops, cozy terraces and restaurants are, are both only 6 km away. The central location on the island makes it easy to make day trips. There is a restaurant 750 meters away.

Young people up to the age of 21 are welcome if their parents are present for the entire period. Waste can be deposited in the containers at the entrance to the park. For the cot you must bring your own duvet and linen for the cot. On the departure date, the holiday home must be taken care of and left undamaged before 9:30 am.

Alles super sauber, tolle Ausstattung, es fehlte nichts. Noch nie so nette Vermieter erlebt. Es gab so schöne Begrüßungsgeschenke, das war einfach toll. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Auch unsere Eltern (87 und 90 Jahre alt) haben sich rundherum wohlgefühlt.

Hello, we are Maarten, Corina and Arco born and raised on Texel. We are the proud owner of our house Duinzicht de Slufter. In 2020 we got the opportunity to buy this and we have been renovating all winter. We would like to share our island and let you enjoy our beautiful versatile island. Hospitality and giving a home feeling in our holiday home is important to us. We have beautiful beaches, dunes, forests, landscape, flora and fauna, charming characteristic villages and many trips you can make. We enjoy cycling and walking and we still come across beautiful places, never seen before. We also like to sit on a terrace.
