This detached holiday home is quietly located on the edge of Den Burg. In about 10 minutes you walk into the cozy center with an extensive range of shops, terraces and restaurants. The village is surrounded by a lot of nature. Your holiday home is therefore a great base to discover the island. Lovers of long hikes can indulge themselves. The Noord-Hollandpad - a long-distance walking route through the interior of Texel to "Het Gooi" - is located nearby. From your holiday home, you can cycle to De Zelfpluktuin and the Texelse Bierbrouwerij within 5 minutes, at the foot of the "Hoge Berg" nature reserve. The beautiful walking routes over the "Hoge Berg" take you along typical Texel garden walls and sheep sheds. The wide North Sea beach is 7.5 kilometers away.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und sauber und die Vermieter super freundlich. Die Lage direkt in Den Burg ist perfekt, so konnten unsere Kinder (11 und 13) auch mal alleine ins Dorf laufen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Texel is a vibrant island. There are many activities throughout the year. Unique sports events, culinary activities to the best music festivals. Of course a visit to famous scenic spots such as the Slufter nature reserve, the Lighthouse and Ecomare are more than worthwhile.
