The open kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, combi-microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Quooker, coffee maker and Nespresso machine. There is an additional, separate toilet. The bedroom on the ground floor has 2 single box-spring beds (200 long) and a smart TV. The adjoining bathroom has a shower with grab bars, sink and toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with 2 single box-spring beds (200 long) and smart TV. One bedroom has its own bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. The second bedroom upstairs has a bathroom has a shower and toilet. Sauna with separate shower. Villa Effe Wad has a spacious garden with a large terrace. Garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and outdoor fireplace available.

Bungalow park 't Hoogelandt is quietly situated on the edge of the National Park Dunes of Texel, on the west side. This nature reserve covers the entire dune area of Texel including the forest. The bungalow park borders the forest area. Beautiful cycling and walking paths run through the National Park. Within 5 minutes you are by bike at the extensive North Sea beach. Seaside resort De Koog is 3 kilometers away and the largest village of Texel, Den Burg, can be found about 4.5 kilometers away. Both have a cozy center with shops, restaurants and terraces. There are several sights in the immediate vicinity, such as the Ecomare and Flora museums.

The main tenant must be at least 25 years old and must be present for the entire period. No parties or receptions may be held without prior consultation with the landlord. Cot and high chair available. Please bring your own linen for the cot. We charge a deposit of € 350.00. You will find this on the invoice that you will receive after booking.

Tips for your stay
Texel is a vibrant island. There are many activities throughout the year. Unique sports events, culinary activities to the best music festivals. Of course a visit to famous scenic spots such as the Slufter nature reserve, the Lighthouse and Ecomare are more than worthwhile.
