Living room with work / play area that can be screened off, wood stove and sliding doors to spacious, sheltered sun terrace. Fully equipped open kitchen and utility room. In addition, there is a bathroom with rain shower and toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor are three bedrooms: two 2-person bedrooms, one with its own bathroom with bath, and a single bedroom. The second toilet is also on the first floor. The Zandhaas is located on its own grounds of 4000 m2. Directly behind the house is a very spacious, fully enclosed garden with a sun terrace and plenty of play facilities.

This detached holiday home De Zandhaas has a rural location on the Maaikeduinweg near De Koog. Nice shops, cozy restaurants and supermarkets can be found in the center of the seaside resort. The area on the west side has dunes and a pine and deciduous forest. This nature is part of the Duinen van Texel National Park. You can enjoy cycling and walking. The North Sea beach is 2 kilometers away. De Koog is a great starting point for your trips across Texel.

There is satellite dish. There is ample parking space in front of the house and a carport for parking your car or bicycles. Play equipment in the garden (two swings and a playhouse with slide) and there is a playing field with two football goals behind the enclosed garden.

Das Haus war gut gelegen, gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können.

Tolles Haus mit riesigem Grundstück

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, schön eingerichtet, an Geschirr/Besteck/Utensilien fehlte es an nichts. Es steht ein Grill zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist optimal, auch die direkte Umgebung (Felder etc) laden einfach zur Entspannung ein. Das Grundstück ist riesig, der Hund konnte sich richtig austoben. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und waren immer ansprechbar.

Alles bestens vorgefunden - tolles Haus ruhig gelegen - mit sonnigem riesengroßem eingezäunten Grundstück - ideal auch für Familien mit Hund. Alle Räume geschmackvoll eingerichtet - schicke gemütliche Leseecke - moderne Küche mit allen notwendigen Gerätschaften. Die drei Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoß sind über eine etwas steile Treppe erreichbar - für Gäste mit eingeschränkter Mobilität ein bisschen schwierig. Alle Betten mit guter Liegequalität und Bettzeug. Das große Badezimmer im O.G. ist top.
