Big bright holiday home in ideal location on the edge of De Koog
Living room with work / play area that can be screened off, wood stove and sliding doors to spacious, sheltered sun terrace. Fully equipped open kitchen and utility room. In addition, there is a bathroom with rain shower and toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor are three bedrooms: two 2-person bedrooms, one with its own bathroom with bath, and a single bedroom. The second toilet is also on the first floor. The Zandhaas is located on its own grounds of 4000 m2. Directly behind the house is a very spacious, fully enclosed garden with a sun terrace and plenty of play facilities.

This detached holiday home De Zandhaas has a rural location on the Maaikeduinweg near De Koog. Nice shops, cozy restaurants and supermarkets can be found in the center of the seaside resort. The area on the west side has dunes and a pine and deciduous forest. This nature is part of the Duinen van Texel National Park. You can enjoy cycling and walking. The North Sea beach is 2 kilometers away. De Koog is a great starting point for your trips across Texel.
