This room on the ground floor has a box spring for two people with a top mattress (180 x 200 cm) and a spacious walk-in shower (wide 125 cm, shower surface 135 cm, shower depth 200 cm). There is a kitchenette (no cooking facilities) with a fridge freezer and coffee and tea making facilities, an egg boiler and a Smart TV. In the spacious hall there is a toilet room that is also suitable for disabled people. The toilet is not accessible from the side. You have a private terrace with a seating area in the communal garden. This room is suitable for 2 people and 1 child who fits in a camping bed.

Location

This B&B studio is rurally located in a former primary school in Midden-Eierland, in the north of Texel. Texel's most famous symbol, the lighthouse, is 7 kilometers away. Behind it you will find a wide beach and you have a view of both the Wadden Sea and the North Sea. The dune area in the area is part of the Duinen van Texel National Park, with beautiful cycling and walking routes. A short distance (2.5 km) you will also find De Slufter. You will find De Cocksdorp at a distance of 3 kilometers. In Texel's northernmost village there are several restaurants and specialty shops and there is a bicycle rental.

The room is on the ground floor and has underfloor heating. The room includes bed, bath, hand and tea towels. A camping bed with linen and high chair is available free of charge. Free WIFI. The communal backyard borders the farmland. There is a small playground and a kicking field in front of the plot. Important to know for disabled people, the doorways are from 82 cm to 90 cm wide. The patio door opening is 95 cm wide. There is a shower chair (up to 130 kg) and a raised toilet seat. This is a ‘ZoTexels’ accommodation. Rustige plek en de ruimte is geschikt voor iemand in een rolstoel

De ruimte was mooi schoon en straalde rust uit. In de hal konden onze fietsen en scootmobiel staan en opgeladen worden. In de tuin kan je zowel in de zon als schaduw zitten.
