There is a bedroom with two single box spring beds and a private bathroom with shower and sink. Separate toilet. On the top floor there are three bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds. The bathroom has a bath, separate shower, double sink and a private sauna cabin. Separate second toilet. This family villa has a spacious terrace with garden furniture.

Another special feature is the spray park, fully decorated in Texel style. The park offers a wide range of facilities, including an event hall, several restaurants, a charming beachcomber's café, takeaway points, an excellent supermarket, and even a hair salon.
