Frankendael is located just outside Den Burg. Rural with a beautiful view over the countryside and only a 10-minute walk from the lively center of Den Burg. Here you will find plenty of shops, terraces, cafes and restaurants. Due to its central location on the island, this is a great starting point for your trips on Texel. Within a radius of about 6 kilometers you will find the North Sea beach and the villages of Den Hoorn, De Waal, Oudeschild and De Koog. In the immediate vicinity are several attractions, such as museums and sheep and cheese farms that you can visit. Just outside Den Burg are the Hoge Berg nature reserves and the Waal and Burg bird sanctuary.

Het huis is prachtig gelegen, het uitzicht is een levend schilderij door de schaapjes, lammetjes en mooie zonsondergangen. Ook centraal gelegen. Fijn dat de auto ook vlakbij het huis kan staan. We vonden het ook heel fijn dat we er al eerder in mochten. De gastheer was op vakantie. De ontmoeting met de mevrouw van Texels net/VVV was hartverwarmend.
