This detached holiday home has a living room with a sitting area, wood stove, TV, Sonos sound system and dining area. The open plan kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, combination microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso, Senseo and Dolce Gusto. There are two bedrooms, each with one single box-spring bed (90 x 210) and a washbasin. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, washing machine and dryer. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds (90 x 210). The second bathroom has a bath with shower, sink and toilet. This holiday home has a spacious, sheltered south-facing garden with a partially covered terrace.

Location
The small-scale holiday park De Parel has a fantastic location, right on the edge of the forest, which is part of the Duinen van Texel National Park. This vast forest and dune area runs from the southern tip to the lighthouse. You can enjoy extensive cycling, walking and horse riding. Within 10 minutes you are on the bike on the beach of the North Sea. Both the seaside resort of De Koog (4.5 km) and the largest village of Texel, Den Burg (4 km) are close by. Here you will find many shops, restaurants and terraces. There are several attractions in the vicinity of De Parel.

Important to know
Young people are welcome if their parents are present for the entire period. Waste can be deposited in the underground containers at the entrance of the park. On the departure date, the holiday home must be taken care of before 09:30 and left without damage.

Introduce
Niels is a native of Texel and Manon found her love on the island more than 30 years ago. In 2016 we purchased the holiday home at De Parel and rent it out through the VVV. We now have many returning guests and it gives us great satisfaction that they have a good time and enjoy the beautiful spot, the house and the island of Texel.
Tips from the host
Texel has nice villages with authentic shops, many good restaurants and museums that are certainly worth a visit. In addition, Texel naturally has beautiful beaches and nature reserves with beautiful walking and cycling routes. A walk in the vicinity of the Hors, the southernmost tip of the island, is highly recommended. A beautiful area where you hardly meet people even in high season. A folder with all kinds of activities and a guestbook with useful tips is available in the house. We wish you a very good time on Texel and would like to welcome you to our holiday home "Welmoed".
