Location

The small-scale Bungalowpark Gortersmient is located on the edge of the forest, on the west side of Texel. You can walk straight into the forest from the park. This is part of the Duinen van Texel National Park, which runs from the southern tip to the lighthouse. An extensive network of cycling, driving and hiking trails runs through this vast nature reserve. The beach is 10 minutes by bike. The largest village of Texel, Den Burg, is 3.5 km away and the seaside resort of De Koog is 4 km away. In the area you will find some restaurants and sights.

Fijne uitvalsbasis

Fijn huisje, wat gezellig is ingericht. Het is schoon met comfortabel meubilair. De bedden lagen prima. Kleine badkamer, maar prima. Er is geen toilet op de eerste verdieping en de trap naar boven is erg steil, voor ons de reden om een lampje te laten branden 's nachts. Maar verder was het huisje van alle gemakken voorzien. Dichtbij het bos. Wij hebben heerlijk gewandeld in bos en duinen naar de zee. Ook Den Burg ligt onder handbereik. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Heerlijke vakantiewoning, met alles wat je nodig hebt en meer dan dat. Gezellig ingericht, prima bedden. Mooie uitvalsbasis voor het verkennen en genieten van Texel.
