Location

The small-scale Bungalowpark Gortersmient is located on the edge of the forest, on the west side of Texel. You can walk straight into the forest from the park. This is part of the Duinen van Texel National Park, which runs from the southern tip to the lighthouse. An extensive network of cycling, driving and hiking trails runs through this vast nature reserve. The beach is 10 minutes by bike. The largest village of Texel, Den Burg, is 3.5 km away and the seaside resort of De Koog is 4 km away. In the area you will find some restaurants and sights.

We waren aangenaam verrast! Zo’n mooie ligging van de bungalow. Tegenover het bos, waar ons hondje haar wandeling deed. Het was super schoon en volledig ingericht. We misten totaal niets. De bedden waren wat zachter dan we gewend waren, en toch goed geslapen. Helaas werd een van ons ziek halverwege, dan is het fijn zo’n goed onderkomen te hebben.!
