This large, detached holiday home has an open kitchen equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Senseo and toaster. The living room has a sitting area with fireplace, TV, radio/CD player and DVD player. There is also a dining area. On the ground floor is a bedroom for two persons and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In the spacious hall there is a second toilet. In the storage room there is a washing machine and dryer. On the upper floor are two bedrooms, one of which has a double twin bed and a washbasin. The other bedroom has one single bed. This holiday home has a spacious terrace and a fully enclosed garden by means of a garden gate. a metal fence. Garden furniture is available.

The small-scale Bungalowpark Gortersmient is located on the edge of the forest, on the west side of Texel. You can walk straight into the forest from the park. This is part of the Duinen van Texel National Park, which runs from the southern tip to the lighthouse. An extensive network of cycling, driving and hiking trails runs through this vast nature reserve. The beach is 10 minutes by bike. The largest village of Texel, Den Burg, is 3.5 km away and the seaside resort of De Koog is 4 km away. In the area you will find some restaurants and sights.
