Through the hall, which also houses the toilet, you enter the spacious living room with a comfortable sitting area with flat screen TV and a dining area. The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, combi-microwave, Nespresso equipment, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer and refrigerator with freezer. You cook on induction. The bedroom on the ground floor has two extra long single box spring beds (90x210). Next is the bathroom with walk-in rain shower with sun shower XL. On the first floor is a bedroom with two extra long single box-spring beds (90x210), with a private bathroom with a massage shower and toilet. There is a wellness area with a double whirlpool, hammam, sauna and a smart TV. The total living space is one hundred square meters. The spacious garden has a terrace with garden furniture and parasol.

Location

The energy-neutral, detached villa is beautifully situated on the edge of the Texel forest, which is part of the Duinen van Texel National Park. Beautiful hiking trails start right outside and you can also make beautiful trips through the Texel dune area by bicycle. Den Burg, the largest village on Texel, and the seaside resort of De Koog are both about 3.5 kilometers away. Here you will find plenty of shops, restaurants and terraces. In the immediate vicinity are several attractions, such as museums and viewpoints.

De slaapkamers hadden geen tussendeur naar de badkamer/wc. De scherpe lichtjes op het scherm in de badkamer waren storend voor een goede nachtrust. Voor oudere mensen zoals wij (met name degene die moeilijk ter been is) was het bubbelbad slecht toegankelijk c.q. te riskant. Ook de sauna's boven waren moeilijk bereikbaar via de lange trap daarnaartoe. De badkamer douchevloer was spiegelglad. We hebben een handdoek op de vloer moeten leggen om te douchen. De waterdruk van de douche was matig.

Veel inkijk geen deuren voor de badkamers als je op het toilet wilde moeste eerst de gordijnen dicht Buiten ruimte oke Binnen ongezellig meubels wel goed maar kleurloos geen kussentje op de bank of zo
