This detached holiday home is peacefully situated on the Texel estate of Eikenbossie. It's located on the Skillepaadje on the Hoge Berg, nestled among the trees on a large private property. A beautiful estate of almost 2 hectares, tucked away behind a row of trees in a sheltered hollow. Nearby, you can stroll along narrow paths and between the characteristic garden walls. The Skillepaadje is a beautiful cycle path to the fishing village of Oudeschild, where you'll find the harbor and the Kaap Skil Museum. The Texelse Bierbrouwerij (Texel Brewery) and De Zelfpluktuin (Self-picking Garden) are 800 meters away. Restaurants, shops, and supermarkets are 3 kilometers away in Den Burg and 2 km away in Oudeschild.

Special about this accommodation

There is a covered bicycle shed with power supply and you have a spacious parking space. There is plenty of room to play on the Eikenbossie's own grounds. Several picnic tables have also been placed on the estate to enjoy the view of the island of Texel. There is a wood-fired hot tub at the house.

Fantastische accommodatie!

Een hele mooie accommodatie met een hele grote tuin. Wat een warm welkom is dit huis. Dat je broodjes kunt bestellen die bij de poort bezorgd worden is de kers op de taart. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Houd er rekening mee dat er wel keukenspullen zijn, maar (voor zover wij goed zochten) geen koffie, thee, zout etc. Dat is nier erg, maar wel nuttig om rekening mee te houden.

Texel is a vibrant island. There's plenty to do year-round: from unique sporting events and culinary activities to the best music festivals. Of course, a visit to famous spots like the Slufter nature reserve, the lighthouse, and Ecomare is more than worth it. But there are many more places to discover.
