Location

Farm campsite Hoeve Nieuw Breda is situated in the countryside in the northwest of the holiday island of Texel. On this side of the island you will find the unique nature reserve De Slufter. This large salt marsh area is in open connection with the North Sea. At high tide, the creeks in the area flood and De Slufter becomes full. The De Muy nature reserve is adjacent. Various hiking trails run through these areas for hours of fun. Action enthusiasts can also admire the area from the air. Paracentrum Texel organizes sightseeing flights over the Wadden Island, 600 meters from the campsite. The closest village is De Cocksdorp.

Ruhig und viel Platz

Ludwigsburg, September 2025

Wir waren mit dem Camper auf dem Platz hinter dem Hotel. Es war sehr ruhig, wir konnten die alltägliche Arbeiit des Bauernhofes und die Fallschirmspringer am Flughafen gut beobachten. Der Hofhund kam jeden Morgen vorbei und begrüßte uns, für die Fahrräder gab es einen festen Unterstand in der Scheune. Am Stellplatz war Wasser und Abwasser vorhanden, einen Verlängerungsschlauch für das Abwasser vorausgesetzt. Die Anlagen waren gepflegt und sauber. Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswerter Platz!
