This comfortable holiday home is detached and energy-neutral. The living area has a sitting area with a wood stove and a separate TV corner with smart TV and cable connection. The kitchen is fully equipped with a filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, combi microwave, dishwasher and an induction hob. There are three bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor. All bedrooms have two single box-spring beds with single (synthetic) duvets. Adjacent to the downstairs bedroom you will find a bathroom with shower and sink. There is also a separate toilet here. On the first floor is a second bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. There is a sauna opposite the bathroom. Indoor storage room with washing machine and dryer. This holiday home has a spacious enclosed garden with outdoor shower and a covered terrace. Garden furniture is available.

Location
Bungalow park 't Hoogelandt is quietly located on the edge of the Duinen van Texel National Park, on the west side. This nature reserve covers the entire dune area of Texel, including the forest. The bungalow park borders the forest area. Beautiful cycling and hiking trails run through the National Park. Within 5 minutes you are on the bike at the extensive North Sea beach. The seaside resort of De Koog is 3 kilometers away and the largest village of Texel, Den Burg, is about 4.5 kilometers away. Both have a pleasant center with shops, restaurants and terraces. In the immediate vicinity are several attractions, such as the museums Ecomare and Flora.
