Special about this accommodation

Holiday home Schiller is a municipal monument. It was built as an emergency home for the Farm Reconstruction Agency. These emergency homes were small, sober and efficiently designed and built with the scarce resources available shortly after the war. A total of five emergency homes were built on Texel. This house is the only emergency house that is still standing. This is a ‘ZoTexels’ accommodation. 'ZoTexels' is a network of private accommodations where guests can savour the authentic flavour and hospitality of Texel.

Ruim en schoon huis

Gedateerd (monument) huis, schoon, netjes en alles wat je nodig hebt was er. Mooie centrale ligging.

Het huisje lag top mooi uitzicht over de weilanden De bedden waren goed Alleen vonden wij het super vervelend dat we niet de deuren en ramen open kon zetten vanwege de vliegen (horen of vliegengordijn was volgens de eigenaar geen oplossing) We vonden de buiten zit gedeelte ook niet echt fijn kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken.
