A unique location with a fantastic view over the beach, dunes and the North Sea. From your apartment you can walk to the beach within a few minutes. You can also walk to the cozy center of De Koog, with many shops, terraces and restaurants. National Park Duinen van Texel starts next to the apartment complex, with forests and extensive dune areas. Here you can walk and cycle beautifully. In the vicinity you will find museums, riding stables and a swimming paradise.

Die Deckenlampe im Flurbereich ging nicht, trotz Beanstandung wurde die innerhalb unserer Ferienwoche nicht repariert. Das Duschthermostat ist ebenfalls defekt, wenn es auf 38 Grad Temperatur steht verbrennt man sich. Die Einstellungen stimmen nicht. Bis auf diese 2 Sachen, ist es eine super schöne Wohnung in einer ganz tollen Lage mit fabelhaftem Ausblick.

Die Lage und die Aussicht war sehr schön. Fahrradbox im Keller ist super. Wohnung sauber. Ausstattung... alles da ... numerierter Parkplatz. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
