Modern 4-person apartment. Entrance, attractive living room with sitting area with TV. The neat open kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, combination microwave and various coffee makers. You will also find the dining area with a dining table for four people here. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a double box-spring bed and a TV. The other bedroom has two single box spring beds, this bedroom is located in the middle of the apartment and therefore does not have a window with a view outside. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with rain shower and a double sink. The toilet is located separately. The balcony is south-facing and offers a view over the seaside resort of De Koog, the dunes and the North Sea. Garden furniture is available.

You can also walk to the cozy center of De Koog, with many shops, terraces and restaurants. National Park Duinen van Texel starts next to the apartment complex, with forests and extensive dune areas. Here you can walk and cycle beautifully. In the vicinity you will find museums, riding stables and a swimming paradise.
