This four-person apartment is located on the ground floor in a quiet street in the heart of Den Burg, the largest village on Texel. Layout: spacious living room with sitting area, dining area and Smart TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, wine climate cabinet, Quooker, dishwasher and combination microwave. Two bedrooms with a double bed, air conditioning, Smart TV and each with its own bathroom with sink and rain shower. One bathroom has a bath. There are two separate toilets. Utility room with washing machine and dryer. The terrace faces south and there is a lounge set. There is a shared garden with a seating area and lounge corner. Including a luxury beach house on Paal 17 from May 1 to mid-September.

Just Texel Suites & Apartments is a small complex of four luxury suites with a closed parking lot with charging points for cars and bicycles, in the historic center of Den Burg. From May to mid-September, a luxury beach house on Paal 17 beach is included in the rent. The town has a wide range of cozy shops and restaurants. The central location of Den Burg makes it an excellent starting point for cycling trips and trips across Texel. The North Sea beach is 20 minutes by bike or less than 15 minutes by car. On the way to Oudeschild you pass the Hoge Berg, a unique area with a rich cultural history where you can see the famous sheep pens and garden walls.

The beds are already made for you. This suite has a washer and dryer. Rituals hand wash, body wash, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner and a hair dryer are ready. You can park in a private, closed parking lot at the back of the complex. A charging option for car and bicycle is available. Bicycles can be placed in the bicycle shed. Bath and kitchen linen, garbage bags, washing up liquid, toilet paper, tea and Nespresso cups are provided. Upon arrival, a welcome drink will be waiting for you in the wine cooler. From May to mid-September, the use of a beach house at Paal 17 is included in the rent. The beach house is fully equipped: water, electricity, fridge, a windshield and sun beds. A bag with beach towels is available in the apartment. It is possible to book breakfast. This is served in the nearby Restaurant De Smulpot. For stays of more than 7 nights extra (free) interim cleaning by appointment.
