In the cozy sitting area, you can use the fireplace in the autumn and winter days. The kitchen is fully equipped with a filter coffee maker, Krups coffee machine, two combination microwave ovens, two refrigerators with freezer compartments, a dishwasher, and an induction cooktop. On the first floor, there are two bathrooms with a rain shower and sink. There is also a second separate toilet. The washing machine and dryer are located in the indoor storage room. Patio furniture and a lounge set are available in the spacious garden. Private parking (with charging station) for up to two cars is available directly at the house. The house is smoke-free.
