The house, completely renovated in 2025, has 4 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor with 2 single box-spring beds and 2 on the 1st floor with 2 single box-spring beds each (8 x 1-person duvets). The bathroom downstairs has a shower, sauna and sink, the toilet is separate. The bathroom on the first floor has a shower, sink and toilet. The house has a TV with cable connection and wireless internet and a washing machine and dryer in the storage room. The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine and filter coffee maker. Smoking is not allowed in the house. It also has an enclosed garden with various seating options, a covered terrace and private parking.
