The bungalow has three bedrooms, one with two single beds, one with a double bed (one mattress), and one with a bunk bed (four single beds and one double duvet). The bathroom has a shower and sink, and the toilet is separate. There is also a washing machine, dryer, and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, and combination microwave. Cable TV and a stereo are provided. The bungalow has a garden, a terrace, and private parking. Free Wi-Fi is available. Please note: From 2026, this bungalow will be rented for a maximum of five people (and possibly a baby). The bedroom with the bunk bed will then be converted into a loft bed with a crib underneath.

The Duinen van Texel National Park starts just a stone's throw away. This nature reserve runs from the southern tip of Texel to the lighthouse. Beautiful cycling and walking routes run through it. The largest village of Texel, Den Burg, is only 4 kilometers away and the seaside resort De Koog 4.7 kilometers. In the immediate vicinity of Uterste Coogh are various restaurants and attractions, such as museums.
