In the living room, there is a dining table, a comfortable sofa, and 2 easy chairs. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a combination microwave oven, and a filter coffee maker. Adjacent to the living room is a bedroom containing a single Hästens box-spring bed measuring 80 x 200 cm. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a wall-mounted toilet, and a sink. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, both furnished for 2 people. One of these bedrooms features two single Hästens box-spring beds with a double top mattress (180 x 210 cm). It can be used as a double bed, but if the topper is removed, it forms two separate single beds. The other bedroom features two single box-spring beds (80 x 200 cm). This holiday home has a private garden area with a southwest-facing terrace. Garden furniture is available.

This detached holiday home is hidden behind a house, on the edge of the center of Den Burg. This is the largest village on Texel and has by far the most facilities. Within 10 minutes you walk into the cozy village center with a mix of well-known retail chains, special shops, many restaurants, a cinema and terraces. The fantastic North Sea beach is 7 kilometers away. In the immediate vicinity are beautiful cycling routes through the countryside and towards the forest and dunes on the west side of the island, part of National Park Duinen van Texel, with beautiful, accessible nature reserves.

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar.
We geven altijd over de borg aan wat wij verwachten.Dus als de vaatwasser nog aan staat en de vuilnis nog in de vuilnisbak is krijg je niet meer de hele borg terug.

Introduce
I was born and raised on Texel. 10 years ago we had the opportunity to realize a holiday home in our garden. We had no idea what all that entailed at the time. We now rent out our house with great pleasure.
Tips from the host
At the end of the street is a cycle path that shows beautiful parts of Texel. In Den Burg there are cozy restaurants where you can enjoy a tasty and good meal. The shopping street is also worthwhile. There are unique shops such as Olivier "s. There are also many terraces where life is good.
