Entrance through hall with toilet. Spacious living room with sitting area and Qled smart TV with apps such as Netflix. Open kitchen with dining area, induction hob, combi oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso machine and kettle. Bedroom with two (connected) single box-spring beds and its own smart TV. This room has a private bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet. On the first floor are two bedrooms, each with two single (connected) box-spring beds. The bathroom on the first floor has a spacious walk-in shower, washbasin and a Finnish sauna. Separate third toilet. In the storage room there is a washer-dryer combination, a high chair and a children's camping bed. There are also power points here to charge your e-bike. Nice garden with terrace with patio table and six 4-position chairs.

Location

Holiday park De Koorn-aar is located on the edge of the Texel forest, on the west side of Texel. From the park you can walk straight into the forest, where there are dozens of cycling, horseback riding and hiking trails. The forest is part of the National Park Dunes of Texel, which runs from the southern tip to the lighthouse. You can cycle to the North Sea beach within 10 minutes. The largest village on Texel, Den Burg, is about 4 kilometers away and within 5 kilometers you are in the seaside resort of De Koog. In the vicinity are various attractions, such as museums, viewpoints and riding stables and an indoor swimming paradise. Due to its favorable location, the Koorn-aar is an excellent starting point for cycling and discovery tours on Texel.

Tolle Unterkunft

Hennef, September 2025

Die Unterkunft war sauber, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns fehlten nur die Eierbecher und ein Toaster. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr groß, die Betten sehr gemütlich. Die Badezimmer sind toll, die begehbaren Duschen riesig. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt.

Reisegruppe mit 6 Erw., 1 Kleinkind und 1 Hund. Haus konnte früher als angekündigt bezogen werden, alles gut gereinigt bis auf Geschirr. Lage hervorragend, hätten uns eine Überdachung für die Fahrräder gewünscht, bei den nächtlichen Schauern iist mein E-mobil (Krankenfahrstuhl) und das Ladegerät ständig nass geworden. Fahrzeug passe nicht in den Abstellraum und es war auch nur 1 Aussensteckdose vorhanden. Vermieter unkompliziert. Wir kommen wieder
