The living room has a sitting area with gas fireplace, LED TV, DVD player and radio/CD player. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, convection oven, coffee maker, Senseo, citrus press, a breakfast bar and a dining area. There is a washing machine and dryer in the utility room. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. In the basement is the third bedroom with a box-spring bed and TV. A glass wall provides sufficient daylight. The second bathroom has a double bath, walk-in shower and toilet. Het Oude Dijkje has a large, sheltered garden with several terraces. The garden is partly enclosed by a fence and a watercourse. Garden furniture is available.

Landhuis Het Oude Dijkje has a rural location about 2 kilometers from De Koog. Surrounded by farmlands you have a beautiful panoramic view. You can discover the island by bike via the adjacent Waalenburgerdijkje cycle path. Beautiful cycling and walking routes also run through the Duinen van Texel National Park on the west side. In the center of the seaside resort De Koog you will find nice shops, restaurants and terraces. In the vicinity of De Koog are riding schools, museums and an indoor swimming paradise.

Das Haus und das gesamte Grundstück waren sehr gepflegt. Im Haus waren die Treppen mit Gittern gesichert was für uns sehr wichtig war. Problemlos konnten wir vergessene Handtücher nachfordern. Innerhalb von einer Stunde konnten wir diese abholen. Absolut klasse. Schön war auch die Lage. Überall kam man mit dem Rad problemlos hin. Es war schön ruhig gelegen. Das einzige Manko mit den Kindern waren die nicht ganz abdunkelnden Vorhänge. alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Haus zum Wohlfühlen

LÜDENSCHEID, April 2025

Uns hat die ruhige Lage gefallen. Wir waren begeistert von den getrennten schlaf Bereichen. Die Kinder mit dem Enkelkind 6 Jahre oben und wir Großeltern unten. Der Hund hat die Mitte bewacht. Das Grundstück ein Traum alles gut gepflegt. Der große Schuppen für die Fahrräder und 2Auto Parkplätze einfach alles gut durchdacht... Wir haben uns auch sehr über den Oster Kuchen zum Empfang gefreut., Dankeschön. Sauna und Whirlpool haben wir auch genossen. Für uns war alles perfekt.
