The living room of this comfortable, semi-detached holiday home has a dining area and a sitting area with a sofa, two armchairs, TV and radio. From the living room you have a view of the terrace and the dune garden. The kitchen is equipped with all basic necessities and furnished with a 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee maker. On the ground floor is the bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower and towel radiator. From the hall you reach the upper floor with two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed (160 x 210) with two single duvets, a wardrobe and washbasin. The second bedroom has two single beds (80 x 210), a closet and a sink. The beds are made for you on arrival. From the living room you can go to the terrace with garden furniture, located on the southeast.

Special about this accommodation
This holiday home has its own parking space. As a guest of De Leeuwerik you can use the shared relaxation garden, with picnic tables, lounge chairs and a hammock. There are nine holiday homes on the family's residential property, each with its own garden and/or terrace. The holiday homes have a shared bicycle shed. In the yard, Wouter Bakker's bakery is open on Sundays during the season. Among other things, he makes fresh (sourdough) bread, croissants and cinnamon rolls. This is a ‘ZoTexels’ accommodation. 'ZoTexels' is a network of private accommodations where guests can savour the authentic flavour and hospitality of Texel.

Important to know
On the entire site and in the house it is not allowed to smoke, BBQ and gourmet. A maximum of 4 people are allowed to stay in the house. Babies and children also count towards the maximum number of people. It is not possible to park or check in earlier than 4 pm.

Prima vakantiehuisje voor 2 personen. Wel een beetje een steile trap. Maar verder van alle gemakken voorzien en heerlijke bedden.

Tips from the host
You can enjoy a walk in the immediate vicinity of our houses! On foot you are within ten minutes on the beach or in the nature reserve De Nederlanden. From there you can take a beautiful walk to De Slufter. A walk to Bleekersvallei is also worthwhile, with of course a drink on the terrace of a beach pavilion in between.
