Enjoy your rest in a modern holiday home on the edge of De Koog

The house has three bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. All bedrooms have 2 single beds (single duvets). The two upstairs bedrooms have a sink. One of these has an extra TV. On the ground floor you will find the living room with dining table and semi-open kitchen. The sliding doors from the living room lead to a terrace (southwest facing) where you can enjoy the sun. The bathroom is also on the ground floor and has a bath, shower and sink. There are also two separate toilets, 1 downstairs and 1 on the first floor. The fully equipped kitchen has, among other things, a microwave (separate oven is in the storage room), fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. The house also has wireless internet, satellite TV and stereo. In the storage room is a washing machine and a dryer. Smoking is not allowed in the house. There is a spacious garden, terrace and private parking.

Location

Located on a small-scale holiday park, just outside the seaside resort of De Koog on the west side of Texel. Surrounded by farmlands and close to the Duinen van Texel National Park. Nature reserve De Nederlanden is a few hundred meters away. Here you can walk and enjoy the peace and quiet. Beautiful cycling and walking routes run through the entire National Park. The distance to the North Sea beach is approximately 1 kilometer. Within 5 minutes you cycle to the pleasant center of the seaside resort De Koog, with shops, terraces and restaurants. In the vicinity you will find various attractions, such as riding stables, museums and an indoor swimming paradise.

Wohlfühloase mit viel Platz und allem was man braucht

Schönes Haus in toller, zentraler, aber dennoch ruhiger Lage. Geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht.

Das Haus liegt am Rand von de Koog in einer ruhigen Anlage. Die Ausstattung ist gut, es fehlt aber Ablageplatz in Schlafzimmern und Küche. Der beschriebene Backofen war nur so groß wie eine Mikrowelle und sehr verschmutzt, zudem im Abstellraum „geparkt“. Strand und Naturschutzgebiet sind nahe, wegen Baustellen auf Ruigendijk und Mienterglop aber schlecht erreichbar.
