Through the entrance you enter the large living / dining room with fireplace, game table, spacious sitting area, LED flat screen TV and spacious dining area. There is a kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, 2 convection ovens, a double induction plate, a large refrigerator, a Quooker, a coffee maker and an extensive kitchen inventory. On the ground floor is a spacious hall, toilet and a spacious bedroom with 2 single beds. On the 1st floor are 3 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and each with its own bathroom with wellness shower, sink and toilet. On the 2nd floor are the fifth and sixth bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV, a spacious wardrobe and a private bathroom with wellness shower, sink and toilet. There is a large private garden (through patio doors) with a large terrace and patio furniture. The house is located on a beautiful estate, surrounded by trees and adjacent to meadows.

Group accommodation Nieuw Leven has a rural location, just outside Den Burg and centrally on the island. Within 5 minutes you cycle to the pleasant center of Den Burg. In the central streets you will find a wide range of shops, restaurants, cafes and terraces. In the immediate vicinity are beautiful cycling routes that take you across the island. The North Sea beach is half an hour by bike. The Duinen van Texel National Park is located along the entire west coast. Beautiful cycling and walking routes run through this protected nature reserve.

Super Unterkunft für große Familien oder Gruppen mit Kindern.

Die Unterkunft überzeugt durch die Größe. Besonders die Anzahl der Schlafzimmer mit den eignen Badezimmern. Der offene Wohnbereich lädt Groß und Klein zum Verweilen ein. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Die Unterkunft ist eine klare Empfehlung für große Familienurlaube oder Gruppenreisen mit Freunden.
