Luxury camping in an enclosed private garden with its own sanitary building

This luxury caravan with fixed awning has windows and sliding doors. The sanitary building is next to it. The caravan is equipped with a (sleeping) sofa and table, Smart TV, free WiFi underfloor heating, ring heating and shower with toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an oven, grill, four-burner stove, extractor hood/air conditioning, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo, kettle and sufficient kitchen inventory. The awning is equipped with a dining table with chairs, (sleeping) sofa, Smart TV, free Internet and large refrigerator with 3 freezer drawers and electric heating. There are five sleeping places for adults: one fixed bed in the caravan (160 x 200cm), sofa bed in the caravan (130 x 210cm) and sofa bed in the awning (180 x 200cm). The sanitary building with toilet, shower (with screens) and sink with infrared heat mirror is accessible via the terrace deck. On the patio deck there is a Weber gas BBQ and patio furniture with a large waterproof parasol. There is also a playground with swings, trampoline with safety net, 1 large other trampoline and seesaw. The driveway has three parking spaces and the camping site is completely fenced and lockable. Enjoy the freedom and lockable garden of 500m2 here. In short, luxury camping with lots of privacy.

This luxury caravan with awning at the Noorderburcht farm is in a quiet and rural location, 2 kilometers from the picturesque Oosterend. The Wadden side of Texel exudes a completely different atmosphere than the dune-rich west side. On the east side you will find many farmlands and special nature reserves that form an important breeding and foraging area for countless birds. The village is known for its picturesque streets and alleys with beautiful old facades. Some shops and restaurants provide some pleasant buzz in the village. The Texel Zoo is located in the immediate vicinity of your caravan.

Fijn verblijf

Ik vind de caravan prettig. De eigenaar was erg vriendelijk en gaf me goede tips over populaire bezienswaardigheden en speeltuinen voor kinderen. Het weer was wat koud voor mij, maar de isolatie en verwarming waren goed en comfortabel. Als het regende, was het geluid van het dak te hard, maar ik denk dat dat normaal is als je in een caravan met voortent verblijft.

Heerlijk verblijf met genoeg ruimte en privacy!

Fijne caravan met een meer dan complete inrichting. Bed was prima! De voortent (wat ik echt meer vind dan een “tent”) is zeer ruim, compleet en gezellig. Het buitengebeuren (veranda en tuin) is prima; ook voldoende ruimte voor de auto. De ligging is prima: met de auto ben je echt overal binnen ongeveer 10 minuten. Gastvrouw Kelle is een topmens! Hartelijk en gastvrij! Zelfs spullen uit de koelkast die ik was vergeten bracht ze me nog na toen ik al in de rij voor de boot stond! Echt geweldig!

Alles was heel schoon prachtige rustige omgeving heerlijke tuin die je goed kan afsluiten waardoor je de kinderen echt rustig kan laten spelen. En hele lieve Eigenaren.
