This five-bedroom bungalow has an entrance, bright living room with sitting area, TV and (wood-burning) fireplace. Open kitchen with dining table and complete equipment, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, extractor and ceramic hobs and coffee maker (filter). Two bedrooms each with a double bed (with single mattresses), third bedroom with two single beds, fourth bedroom with bunk beds (best suited for children) and a fifth bedroom with one single bed. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, the second bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. There is a separate toilet in the hall. Large enclosed garden with patio and seating. Private parking space with charging station for electric car.

This bungalow is located in a quiet street on the edge of De Koog, on the west side of Texel. Within 5 to 10 minutes you walk through woods and dunes to the North Sea beach. You can also walk into the pleasant village center with plenty of terraces, restaurants and shops within 10 minutes. There is also a lot of nature in the immediate vicinity. The extensive forest and dune area is part of the Duinen van Texel National Park. You can enjoy cycling and walking. In the area you will find various attractions, such as museums, riding schools and an indoor swimming paradise.
