Entrance hall. The ground floor has a living room with two sitting areas with a spacious fireplace and Smart TV and corner sofa. The cozy kitchen with dining area is equipped with a refrigerator (incl. freezer compartment), a combination microwave, a dishwasher and a Nespresso / Senseo machine. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) and a children's bedroom with a bunk bed (90 x 200) in the walk-through room. On the first floor there is another double bedroom, with a double bed (160 x 200) and a large Velux skylight. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, sink and toilet. You can use the changing table, baby camping bed and a baby chair for free. This holiday home has a large, fully enclosed garden all around with a lounge sofa, parasol, barbecue, fire bowl and wood stove. And a view of the lighthouse!

This renovated authentic Texel detached holiday home with large enclosed garden is located near the lighthouse and the beach, 3 kilometers from De Cocksdorp, on the Vuurtorenweg. From the house you can cycle to the lighthouse or the popular Kaap Noord within 5 minutes. The beach around is impressively wide and offers a great view of the Wadden Sea and the North Sea. The Eierlandse Duinen, popular with hikers and bird watchers, is also a short distance from your accommodation. In De Cocksdorp you will find several specialty shops, various restaurants and terraces and a supermarket.

Introduce
Welcome to Paal 91 Texel! About 50 years ago our parents bought the house. Our father was a former Tesselaar and renovated the (old fisherman's) house with a lot of love and care. We, sisters Anne and Jet, and our partners Gertjan and Borre manage the house, have just completely renovated Paal 91 - light and modern, stylish inside and out. Just like our father, we want to make it a bit more beautiful and comfortable, with respect for the tradition and the individuality of the house. Anne and Gertjan live with their family in the center of the country, Jet and Borre on Texel near East.
Tips from the host
Walk from the house within a few minutes to the popular beach pavilion Kaap Noord, with a beautiful beach and the Wadden ferry (to Vlieland and seals). If you are a bird fan: visit the Bird Boulevard in the east of the island. Or rent an e-kick bike (electric large scooter, cycle paths) and see the island completely differently and yet quickly.
