The cozy house consists of a hall, a bath-toilet room, a spacious kitchen with dishwasher, combi oven, fridge with freezer compartment and plenty of cupboard space. In the living room there is a sofa and a chair with footstool and a dining area. There are 2 bedrooms. A spacious bedroom with a double bed, the second bedroom has a single bed. In one of the bedrooms is an extra cupboard containing the washing machine.

Location
The detached bungalow is quietly located (on the west side of Texel) in De Koog behind a house. The accommodation is centrally located. At the end of the street is the forest, there are various roads to the beach and from there you can also easily walk to the village with the pleasant Dorpsstraat where many shops and plenty of restaurants can be found. The seaside resort is adjacent to an extensive dune area, forest and farmlands. It is an excellent base for discovering Texel's nature: the De Nederlanden, De Muy and De Slufter nature reserves are in the vicinity. You can enjoy walking and cycling on the wide path from De Nederlanden to De Slufter. You can cycle to the vast North Sea beach within 10 minutes. You can rent bicycles in the village.

Introduce
I was born and raised on Texel. I only left the island for the study. 10 years ago, the opportunity arose to buy a house with an adjoining holiday home. We have not regretted that so far. We were already familiar with receiving guests. The previous house was the mayor's house and we had a few rooms left over that we used for bed and sandwiches. The house with garden on Plevierstraat is a pleasant house, without much luxury but comfortable enough to stay.
Tips from the host
The house is centrally located. The cycle path is at the end of the street. The forest, the beach and the village are within walking distance.
