Hotel Prins Hendrik is located in the Het Noorden polder, on the northeast side of Texel. The Wadden Sea is nearby, behind the dike. Within the dikes is the Vogelboulevard, with special nature reserves that form an important breeding and foraging place for waders and sandwich terns. This is a nice trip from the bike, towards the harbor town of Oudeschild. That distance is about 10 kilometers. The nearest village, Oosterend, is 5 kilometers away. Here you will find beautiful streets with authentic houses around the large Maartenskerk.
