Holiday in style at luxury holiday home on the edge of De Koog

This detached holiday home is quietly situated in the Residentie Californië park. The living room features a seating area with a TV. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, combination microwave, filter coffee maker, and Senseo. There is also a utility room. The bathroom on the ground floor has a toilet, shower, and washbasin. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. Residence California is a quietly located four-star apartment complex on the west side, near De Koog. The apartments are located on the edge of the forest area, which is part of the Duinen van Texel National Park. Several of the cycling and walking routes through this protected nature reserve start practically on the doorstep. Within 5 minutes you cycle to the extensive North Sea beach (1.5 km). Seaside resort De Koog is about 3 kilometers away. In the cozy village center you will find plenty of shops, terraces, cafes and restaurants. In the vicinity of California are several attractions and sights, such as museums, riding stables and an indoor swimming paradise.

Der Außeneindruck gepflegt. Stellplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden.Ein Schlafraum hatte keinen Kleiderschrank, hier lebt man aus dem Koffer. Tierchen neben dem Kopfkissen und im Raum, laut google Papierfische oder Silberfische. Keine Topflappen vor Ort, haben wir dann noch gekauft. E-Auto Stellplätze meist unqualifiziert besetzt. Garten ist umzäunt, aber voller Eicheln, da läuft es sich wie auf Murmeln.Die gemietete Bettwäsche war mit großem Riss und großflächig Stockflecken auf dem Kopfkissen.

Texel is a vibrant island. There are many activities throughout the year. Unique sports events, culinary activities to the best music festivals. Of course a visit to famous scenic spots such as the Slufter nature reserve, the Lighthouse and Ecomare are more than worthwhile.
