Residence Californië is a quietly located four-star apartment complex on the west side of Texel, near De Koog. The apartments are located on the edge of the forest area, which is part of the Duinen van Texel National Park. Several of the cycling and walking routes through this protected nature reserve start practically on the doorstep. Within 5 minutes you cycle to the vast North Sea beach (1.5 km). Seaside resort De Koog is about 3 kilometers away. In the cozy village center you will find plenty of shops, terraces, cafés and restaurants. In the vicinity of Californië are several attractions and places of interest, such as museums, riding stables and an indoor swimming paradise.

De eigenaar gaat het appartement verbouwen. Woonkamer iets kleiner maar erg kleine slaapkamer en badkamer groter.

Ich reise viel und komme zu den verscheidenen Zielen und Ländern nie wieder weil es in der Welt so viel zu sehen gibt. Nach Texel komme ich seit ich acht Jahre alt war (1959) praktisch jährlich. Es ist eine Art zweite Heimat.
